All personal information and data that you provide to us through your use of our services online, in writing, and/or via telephone will constitute a database owned by HLC. The information is stored for purposes of protection, in order to avoid loss, improper use, or alteration.

HLC may use “cookies” or “IP addresses” to confirm your identity when accessing our online services, with the sole purpose of providing you with personalized service, as this allows us to determine your preferences through the recording of your use on our portal, thereby identifying your habits and preferences to offer you our products and services. Through the use of “cookies”, we do not collect the personal information of users, pursuant to the terms of the Law and its Regulations.

Protecting the privacy of the personal information of minors is especially important to HLC. For this reason, when we are aware of personal information of minors, the handling of that information will at all times be carried out in strict adherence to the guidelines and requirements established in the Law and its Regulations.

In regard to the use of cookies, the “help” button located in the toolbar of most browsers will tell you how to block or allow cookies.

How can you exercise your right to access, cancel, correct, and contest and to revoke your consent?

As the owner of your personal information, you may exercise your rights to access, cancel, correct, and contest the handling of this information, as well as to revoke the consent you have given to HLC to handle your personal information, by sending your request directly to the “Data Privacy” area via email to:; by visiting our offices; or by sending a written request to our address at: Francisco I. Such request must contain, at minimum, your name, full address, documents proving your identity, clear indication of your relationship with the Company, and clear and accurate specification of the personal information you wish to access, correct, update, or cancel, as well as the items or documents in which that personal information may be contained, also indicating the reasons you wish to access your personal information or the reasons you believe your information should be updated, corrected, or cancelled.

The Data Privacy area will have a period of 20 business days from receipt to respond to your request. However, this term may be extended for an equal period of time, and you will be notified of such extension by way of the means you have indicated for such purpose, explaining the reason for the extension, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law.

Likewise, we inform you that pursuant to the terms of the Law and its Regulations, beginning on January 6, 2012, you can initiate proceedings for Protection of Privacy Rights with the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IDAI) within 15 days from the date of HLC’s response to your request, in the event that you are dissatisfied with this response or that HLC has not responded to your request within the indicated term.
